  • Food fit for a king. Or a king's cocktail party, anyway.

Alpine Avocado Dip

  • 1 medium ripe avocado -- peeled and seeded
  • 8 ounces plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

In small bowl, mash avocado. Stir in remaining ingredients (mixture will be lumpy.) Serve with assorted chips. Makes 1 cups.
