- Food fit for a king. Or a king's cocktail party, anyway.
Look Like a Chef Cheese Spread
- 1 8oz brick of cream cheese, softened
- 1 jar of colonial Chutney
- 3-4 stalks of scallions, finely chopped
Place cream cheese on platter. Smother a thick layer of chutney on all exposed sides. Sprinkle scallions on top and sides. Serve with crackers.
